Rooms & Prices 2011

All of our clean, comfortable, bright and airy bedrooms are centrally heated have complimentary tea & coffee. They are decorated in a simple rustic style with new
fixtures and fittings.

Each individual room has independent access with stable doors to the front and rear with direct access to the outdoor seating area on the terraces above the paddocks.

All ground floor rooms have modern wet rooms with quality showers,
while the upstairs room has a modern double size shower.

There is a full clean serviced communal kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridges that guests are free to use to make packed lunches or evening meals, along with seating for up to 16 and a lounge area with DVD collection, magazines and books.

1 bedroom self catering unit £350 per week 16th April – 23rd September

£200 per week 24th September – 16th March

Group accommodation room only sleeps 16 - 1 night £250

Dogs free of charge please bring your dogs bed a food bowls

Horses £5 per night grazing only  £15 per night including Stabling Bedding and Hay
Please bring your own hard feed.

Terms & Conditions

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.
Cheques made payable to S Taylor.

When booking one night only stays we require payment in full at time of booking.

Check in is between 2pm - 7pm and check out is 10.30am.

Cancellation policy
Should the need arise to cancel your booking 14 days notice is required prior to your arrival date. Please contact us for a cancellation reference.
